This application can be used to assess targen organ damage in children, including:

left ventricular mass index (LVMI), calculated according to the Simone formula,
-
common carotid artery intima–media thickness (cIMT),
-
carotid wall cross-sectional area (WCSA) calculated from the equation: WCSA=π*(dD/2+IMT)2−π(dD/2)2, where dD is the mean diastolic diameter.

aortic pulse pressure (AoBP) and pulse wave velocity (PWV), obtained using non-invasive measurement of Vicorder device.
